Shipping policy

We ship from overseas, so delivery takes longer than buying from a local shop. Here is the real timing.

Where we ship

Australia only, for now.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: about 7 to 17 days after dispatch. Most orders arrive in the middle of that range. Some take the full time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, customs checks and carrier delays can add time.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch, which is normal for parcels sent from overseas.

Taxes and import charges

The price at checkout is the total price. There are no import charges to pay when your parcel arrives.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email fennapets@gmail.com straight away and we will try to fix it before dispatch. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you. See our refund policy.
