These terms apply to purchases from Fenna, ABN 55 762 474 569. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We accept an order when we email you a confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, which may include card, Afterpay and Zip. Afterpay and Zip have their own terms and fees, which we do not control.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Product information and use

The Ramp is a pet accessory. It is not a medical device, and we make no claim that it treats, relieves or prevents any condition. Check the size guidance on the product page before you buy, and watch your dog the first few times they use it.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any goods is limited, at our choice, to replacing them, paying the cost of replacing them, or having them repaired.
